Cancellation Policy

THE RED LAB BOOKING, PAYMENT & CLIENT CONDUCT AGREEMENT** This Booking, Payment, and Client Conduct Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Red Lab (“Company,” “Stylist,” “We,” or “Us”) and the undersigned client (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”). By booking, submitting payment, or receiving services, Client agrees to the following terms: 1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS Client acknowledges that appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure services. Deposits apply toward the total service fee and are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, tardiness, no-shows, or dissatisfaction. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. 2. NO CALL / NO SHOWS Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice constitutes a No Call / No Show. Client agrees that: All payments and deposits will be forfeited Client will be permanently prohibited from booking future services with The Red Lab No exceptions shall apply. 3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. -Arrivals exceeding fifteen (15) minutes late may be canceled at the Stylist’s discretion without refund. 4. PAYMENT TERMS Client understands and agrees that: -All services require full payment upfront -Payment must be received before services begin -No refunds will be issued once services have commenced 5. CONSULTATIONS Consultations are non-binding and informational only. To proceed beyond the consultation, Client must: -Execute The Red Lab Service Contract, and -Remit full payment for the selected services -Services will not proceed without satisfaction of both conditions. 6. DAMAGES, LOSSES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY -Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction caused to: -Clothing, garments, or merchandise -Styling tools, equipment, or materials -Studio space, furnishings, or property -Client agrees to reimburse The Red Lab for repair, replacement, cleaning, lost income, or business interruption resulting from Client’s actions. 7. CLIENT CONDUCT -The Red Lab reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund if Client engages in: -Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior -Violation of professional boundaries -Interference wit
