Order Processing & Shipping Times
Standard Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped promptly.

Domestic Shipping:
Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery following the processing period.
Holiday Shipping Notice:
Due to a significant increase in order volume during holiday promotions and sales, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this number to track the status and estimated delivery of your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for store credit only. All returns must be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving your order and must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are permitted only for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. You must first return the original item and then Email us redzonecloset@yahoo.com with your exchange request. Exchanges cannot be processed until the returned item has been received and inspected. If Item is return is rejected due to not passing inspection the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Processing Time for Returns:
Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing and inspection before store credit is issued.

Important: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. This policy is enforced without exception.
