This No Refund, Exchange-Only Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms under which Red Cone Closet LLC, a ] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") offers exchanges to customers ("Customer", "you", or "your") for products or services purchased through our website or authorized platforms.

1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

 

No refunds shall be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or non-usage.

Payments made to the Company are non-refundable and not subject to reversal or chargeback, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Exchanges


Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for store credit only. All returns must be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving your order and must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are permitted only for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. You must first return the original item and then Email us redzonecloset@yahoo.com with your exchange request.  Exchanges cannot be processed until the returned item has been received and inspected. If Item is return is rejected due to not passing inspection the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Processing Time for Returns:
Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing and inspection before store credit is issued.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
